Witnessed by Premier Wen Jiabao and visiting Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, Mr. Xu Qinghua, DG of the Department of International Cooperation of MEP and Deputy Secretary General of CCICED and Mr. Lars-Erik Liljelund, Director General of Environmental Protection Agency of Sweden, signed the Bilateral Agreement between China and Sweden on CCICED Project on behalf of the government of individual country on April 14, 2008. Sweden will provide CCICED with a total of 9 million Swedish Krona support during 2007-2009.
