Mr. Xu Qinghua, DG of the Department of International Cooperation and Deputy Secretary General of CCICED on behalf of China and Ms. Soledad Blanco, Director of the Division on International Cooperation of DG Environment of EC on behalf of EU signed an agreement on CCICED cooperation project on April 24, 2008. EU will continue its support to relevant research of CCICED Phase IV.
