Task Force on Environment and Health held a work meeting in Beijing on April 6 of 2008. Chinese Co-chair Mr. Guo Xinbiao, International Co-chair Mr. IKKATAI, Chinese and international experts of the Task Force and representatives of relevant ministries and commissions of the State Council attended the work meeting. The meeting discussed the mid-term outcomes of the Task Force, the framework of the proposed policy recommendations and work plan for the next stage. The meeting decided that the next work meeting will be held in early September.
