CCICED Task Force on Economic Instrument for Energy Efficiency and the Environment held its inception meeting during April 28-29, 2008. Secretary General Mr. Zhu Guangyao attended the meeting and made a speech. Chinese Co-chair Mr. Ye Ruqiu and International Co-chair Mr. Ernst Ulrich von Weizsacker chaired the meeting. The meeting discussed such contents as the primary thinking of TF research and study contents and developed the overall research framework. The meeting decided the first Task Force Meeting during September 15-17, which will make preparations for the mid-term report submitted at 2008 AGM.
