Mr. Zhu graduated from the Department of Management Science of University of Science & Technology of China, majoring in Business Administration, and obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics.

Mr. Zhu started work in January 1969 and joined the CPC in March of 1973. He held the posts of Deputy Director and Director of Finance & Taxation Bureau of Daxing County, Beijing; Director of Beijing Daxing Planning Commission; Director and Party Group Secretary of Beijing Daxing Finance Bureau; Executive Vice County Magistrate of Daxing County and member of the CPC Standing Committee of Daxing County; Director General and Vice Administrator of the National Administration of State-Owned Assets; Assistant Minister and Vice Minister and member of the Party Group of MOF.
