Mr. Yi held the posts of Third Secretary and Second Secretary, Commercial Section, Embassy of P.R. China to the US; Deputy Division Director and Division Director, Deputy Director General and Director General of Department of International Trade & Economic Affairs, MOFTEC and Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM); Assistant Minister, Vice Minister of MOFCOM and member of the Party Group of MOFCOM.
