Mr. Lu graduated from Beijing Research Institute of Geosciences in 1953. He has long been engaged in the scientific research and engineering practice in Karst geology. He has served as the Section Chief and Technical Chief of Research Office under the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology affiliated to the Ministry of Geology. He also served as senior expert for large-scale foreign aid projects and lectured in the U.S., Europe, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
