| 环保产业发展课题组
2002年11月22日下午，中国环保产业发展课题组中方组长王扬祖、外方组长库茨及工作人员安凯思、杨艳就课题组2003年的工作安排进行了讨论。
（一） 2003年3月18日～19日，在北京召开环保产业研讨会。
① 中外专家分别就如下方面进行大会发言：
中方五位专家的发言题目是：
★中国环保产业发展概况
★中国环保产品生产发展情况
★中国废物循环利用情况
★中国环保服务业发展情况
★中国生态建设发展情况
外方五位专家的发言题目是：
★欧盟（或德国）环保产业发展概况
★废水治理设备发展情况
★废气治理设备发展情况
★废物循环利用发展情况
★环境服务业发展情况
② 邀请日本、韩国专家参加会议并请他们介绍日本、韩国环保产业发展情况。
以上发言要求2003年1月底以前提交中、英文发言稿以便组织翻译，每个发言时间为30分钟（包括翻译在内）。
③ 邀请中国地方产业协会3-5名代表参加会议。
④ 邀请国合会秘书处和核心组代表参加会议。
（二） 2003年3月20日在北京召开课题组工作会议，就《促进中国环保产业发展的建议》进行第一次讨论。参加人员为中外方课题组成员及中国地方环保产业协会的代表。
（三） 2003年6月15日～28日组织中方专家及工作人员（8人）赴德国、比利时考察环保产业。主要考察内容包括：
★促进环保产业发展的有关政策
★环保产业有关生产企业
★环保产品主要使用用户
考察期间在德国召开课题组会议（二天），进一步讨论《促进中国环保产业发展的建议》，争取基本定稿。
（四）中方课题组成员出访德国及比利时的邀请函于2003年2月底以前发给中国环保产业协会。

CONCLUSION:
1. The next workshop will be held in Beijing from March 18 to 19, 2003.
Chinese experts will deliver the following speeches:
★Overview of China environmental industry
★Development situation of environmental equipment
★Development situation of waste recycling and reuse
★Development situation of environmental service
★Development situation of ecological construction
International experts will deliver the following speeches:
★ Overview of the environmental industry in EU or in Germany
★ Development situation of waste water treatment equipment
★ Development situation of the equipment for waste gas treatment
★ Development situation of waste recycling and reuse
★ Development situation of environmental service
Two experts from Japan and Korea respectively will be invited to participate in this workshop and make speeches about the situation of environmental industry in Japan and Korea.
3～5 people from local environmental industry associations, such as Shanghai, Guangdong and Jiangsu province, etc, will be invited to this workshop.
Staff of CCICED secretariat and representative from the Lead Expert Group will be invited to this workshop if possible.
Above-mentioned papers shall be submitted to CAEPI in English or in Chinese by the end of January 2003 for translation. Each speech will be no longer than 30 minutes, including translation.
2. Task Force meeting will be held in Beijing on March 20, 2003. Recommendations to CCICED shall be discussed in this meeting.
3. Study tour will be scheduled from June 15 to 28, 2003. Chinese delegation, consisted of 8 people, including Chinese experts and staff, will visit Germany and Belgium for the following objectives:
★ European environmental-related policies
★ Environmental enterprises engaged in equipment manufacturing
★ Customers of environmental products, e.g. waste water treatment plant
2 days Task Force Meeting will be held for further discussing the Recommendations during the stay of Chinese delegation in Europe. The final Recommendations should be concluded in this meeting.
4. Invitations from Germany and Belgium respectively shall be sent to CAEPI by the end of February 2003.（国合会） |
